About Us:
LearnLeap is a rapidly growing EdTech startup revolutionizing online learning through interactive and personalized experiences. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and amplify messaging.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
- Creativity and a passion for social media.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and possess a strong understanding of the education technology landscape. They will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
