Banner Designer for Mobile Game Launch

Project Overview:

We are a rapidly growing indie game studio preparing to launch our flagship mobile game, 'Aetheria: Echoes of the Void'. To maximize our launch impact, we require a highly skilled and creative banner designer to craft a suite of visually compelling and strategically optimized banners for various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, and Tapjoy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile gaming aesthetics, user acquisition strategies, and the nuances of each advertising platform's banner requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a range of banner designs (static and animated) that adhere to the established art style of 'Aetheria: Echoes of the Void'.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to understand target demographics and campaign goals.
• Conduct thorough research on competitor banners and emerging design trends within the mobile gaming industry.
• Ensure all banner designs comply with the technical specifications and guidelines of each advertising platform.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the marketing team and A/B testing results.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all banner designs.
• Deliver high-quality banner designs within agreed-upon timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in banner design, specifically for mobile games.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful banner designs.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or equivalent software).
• A deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and banner optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of mobile gaming market trends.
