I need a Long-term audio editor for my podcast

I started my podcast one month ago, and I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced freelance audio editor to join the production team.

As our long-term audio editor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of the podcast episodes through excellent audio editing and post-production processes. This is a remote position, and I am looking for a candidate who can commit to a long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Audio Editing: Edit podcast episodes for clarity, consistency, and overall quality. This includes removing background noise, adjusting levels, and ensuring a seamless and engaging listening experience.
• Sound Design: Enhance the podcast's sonic identity by incorporating sound effects, music, and other creative elements to create a compelling and immersive atmosphere.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and address any issues related to audio quality, ensuring the final product meets our high standards.
• Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from the team to continuously improve the audio quality and overall production value of the podcast.
• Proficiency: Expertise in audio editing software such as Audacity, Ableton Live, or similar tools.
• Creative Skills: Ability to enhance the podcast through creative sound design and a keen understanding of storytelling through audio.
• Reliability: Consistent availability and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of previous work showcasing your audio editing skills and the ability to enhance podcast content.
