Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience.
• Manage social media budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and technologies.
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and promotions.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
