Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our solar energy sales team. Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Identify customer needs and interests related to solar energy solutions.
  • Clearly and concisely explain the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads as needed to nurture them through the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • A passion for renewable energy is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing experience is preferred.
